Musing - Crisis and Care
CONTENT WARNING: Frank discussion of mental illness, potentially distressing details.

If you or someone you know is in need of help, please consider consulting readily available online resources or seeking help.

This track is a calm meditation on what crisis feels like for me, and on realizing that assistance is acceptable and possible, and that it is a natural and normal thing to experience mental illness and difficulties - we should de-stigmatize it. So, I'll start. Usually musings are on the Patreon and only on the Patreon, but this one is more personal and for any/everyone.
Sometimes it can feel funny, or a bit unreal, and sometimes it's dire. The definition of crisis includes that your usual coping mechanisms don't work as they should, so you shouldn't be upset with yourself when things don't work as they usually do.
