Nodding Off
Falling asleep in one place and waking in another. A classic stable of stories of transportation to another world, or of memory loss. Try this induction before any fantasy file, and nod off in your seat to wake somewhere else. OR, accept its main proposition: this file gives you permission to nod off/fall asleep.
If you, like me, like to listen to files before sleeping purely to help yourself nod off, well this gives permission and even implies that might be useful to you. For those who are very literal, this second use might be of value.
