This is a Loving-Kindness meditation. A meditation addressed at compassion and kindness, at love for the self and for others in a way which is understanding and unconditional.

This meditation is an exercise, meant for you to repeat it on your own eventually but works very well as guided meditation practice.

Getting distracted is normal, even intended, because returning your attention to your breath is a learning behavior which forms new paths of thought and assists you in developing further meditative skills.

Tap Tap Tap - Useful Signals

The act of tapping a chosen spot three times with your fingers becomes a useful anchor - a reminder that you are here and only useful information can and should be present with you.

You only need certain information in order to function, and a lot of the data you receive from your body can be junk data.

That data can be discarded with a few simple taps.

Brain Drain 2020

Deep introductory training for a set of related triggers to do with entering a state of blankness and then changing perception. Time dilation experiences as well as amnesia as to specific file or session contents are not uncommon. Includes three triggers:

Be Blank which induces the initial blankness.
Think Only of... which is a fixation and obsession trigger.
You can forget (x), Instead remember/think (y)... which is a trigger to replace one thought with another and set aside the original while enjoying the new thought.
Concepts are meant to be used by the listener on themselves, by others they trust, and in many of my own pieces.

A small fragment of the self-help network I use. Combine it with a lavender-scented bath, some moisturizer, oil, or other self care mechanisms. Some of these concepts exist in other files, but this stands alone. Might be of use to some people.

Connect and Improve 2020

This is a modernized and improved version of an older file.

This is a file centered around healthy eating, body confidence, and regular exercise. It does not prescribe a form for these habits, leaving that to the listener. Instead the topic is the formation of habits generally - that very much is outside of our control and we should best make gradual changes instead. Crash diets, or harsh exercise programs, are more likely to be given up because they involve a reduction in pleasurable experiences (relaxation, comfort food) and a high spike in unpleasant experiences (the aforementioned terrible dieting or exercise). The topic of our habits and how they form, is laid out alongside body-positive messages and perspective about your slow improvement and integration of positive habits.

This isn't some strict you-must-do method, like the usual magic bullet weight loss and exercise marketing. Instead this piece elaborates that forming a habit is like changing the course of a river, not flipping a switch on the train tracks. It is free, so give it a try. Uses language which works well with the Connected file for couples, by the way - but it is not required, so try it on its own regardless.

Night Night 2 - Deepener

  • The original Night Night was a trance anchor, presented as a body file.
  • This sequel is an extremely long, relaxing, detailed reinforcement of the same trigger.
  • A full 40 minutes for those who want to be extremely deep before the body file even starts.
  • This more dominant deepener expands on those concepts and persuades the listener with tension and resistance themes.
  • As a deepener, place it after an induction but before a body file.
  • Relaxation, nested countdowns, fractionation, implied amnesia.
  • Longer, updated, more detailed. Cements a trance anchor to return one to trance and thus reduce time spent on inductions.

Needs - Chained Desires Safety and Communication System

Safety/comfort conditioning for hypnotic and bdsm contexts.

What if you could have a system which allows you to freely communicate how you feel about a given activity or fetish. Green for "love it, go ahead", yellow for "go slowly, but I'm interested", and red for "I'm not interested".

There are a lot of confounding factors in play, whether sexual or in overarching hypno or bdsm. You might not feel completely comfortable speaking up, or you might be so out of it on pleasure that encouraging/discouraging one or another type of activity is difficult to do.

This system is different. Always running in the background, reminding you that your top will find nothing sexier than your clear articulation of what you want. All decisions include this background program where if you feel a certain way, you will let your partner know by saying the color, or number, or other indicator you've worked out, and what fetish you are talking about.

Nothing will be sexier than doing something to you and hearing "green, green", trust me.

This system is built BY you, in your mind, not something I install, so my files, my works, my ideas are also subject to it... and triggers, suggestions, conditioning, will function only if you're at least thinking "yellow" about the fetish in question.

Imagine if you could have a tunnel which cut through indecision and subspace, through anxiety and lack of confidence, and answered affirmatively - unthinkingly, you'll find yourself describing how you feel without even meaning to, as long as it's safe to do so.

The system is built by you with pieces I give you, so it applies to everyone, anyone, and it works how you need it to, to achieve this purpose.

Lip Sink Induction

Lip fetish. The words which pass between lips, hypnotizing and ensnaring. A kiss, a seductive suck or lick or any other delivery of pleasure which flows from a dominant person's lips. This is your fetish, and that fetish can carry you deeper.

This induction relies on your fetish for shapely and beautiful lips, but it also connects to some couples files, files for other dominants, and future oral pleasure based files. Use it any time you'd like to incorporate deep visualization into a playlist, or get your lip fetish deeper so a mere kiss can send you spiraling.

A simple and calming trigger implantation piece. The trigger of gently tapping two fingers anywhere on your body becomes a signal to help you calm down, center yourself, restore equilibrium, and limit your senses and awareness only to the things you need to handle. Just for a few moments, long enough to resettle your mind and choose new actions in the wake of that pleasant reminder.

Uses the experience of trance as an analogy. Includes confidence and encouragement.

If you could run a soothing spa-like imaginative protocol inside your mind, it might be quite useful to you. Installs a trigger simulating various sensory phenomena which are pleasantly detailed during a visualization walkthrough of a spa - massage, steam room, hot bath.

This is a relaxation piece. Use it with any induction and let yourself be walked through a relaxation process which will hopefully become familiar and helpful. The file ends in a general, open-ended way which allows you to put any file you want after it, including its erotic add-on.



Spa Day - Two More Rooms

This is an add-on for Spa Day. The hallway in Spa Day has five rooms. The first three are non-sexual relaxation and de-stress mechanisms. The last 2 are sexual and arousing.

This file walks the listener through the events that pick up right at the end of the first Spa Day, and culminates in a compulsion to pleasure themselves until climax and perhaps beyond.
Some people want more than just mental change. Yet, the regimen to make change - pumping your nipples, pumping the entire breast with a vacuum pump carefully each day, applying a milker, massaging the breasts and moisturizing to induce softness - can be difficult to adhere to. Subby Puppy

Before beginning to listen, choose any item of neckwear and hold it in your hand. This can be a necklace, an actual collar, a scarf, anything at all. This will be your "collar" for purposes of this file and will serve as an anchor for the changes described in future. Ideally your future visualizations can be of the furry body described herein.

While the listener is relaxing in trance, a mistress happens along who notices their unfocused, drowsy trancey form. Taking this opportunity to shape the listener's thinking, the form they awake in is that of a submissive, strong puppy. Pointed ears, luxurious fur, tail and paws. The mistress teaches the subject about their new role, and trains some basic obedience thoughts into them, associating them with the trigger of wearing your collar. This file will be compatible with the CoC canine pepper files when they come out, but is also great alone. This file and its future sequel include themes of exercise, eating well, holding your mistress in your strong arms, and so forth. Enjoy!

The Quilt

When you are travelling, it can be frustrating to be prevented from doing anything productive. You lack your own autonomy and even playing games or reading books or watching tv can be nauseating or tiring. You wish you could sleep, but there might be noise or distractions around you. Still, you chose to take the trip and might as well make the most of it. The best thing you could do would be to arrive at your destination rested and restored, and if you did so you'd be better off than travelers who complain or agonize. So rest.

Allow the concept of an ethereal quilt comprised of all your soothing or self-supporting experiences to be linked to this idea of converting white noise to soothing noise, and just going off to a trance space in your head.

The first instruction to feel the quilt descend is early in the file, meaning it is very susceptible to being looped or put on repeat until you reach your destination, and then you can float down and back up while reinforcing the meditative suggestions herein.

Or at least just hear a friendly voice any time you're in the process of non-leisure non-pleasant travel.

Relaxation Tutorial - A Day At The Beach

This is actually 5 complete hypnosis files, intended to introduce beginners and advanced listeners alike to some of my favorite visualizations. If you are new, this is a good starting point. If you've been here for a while this is a good refresher. A relaxing non-erotic walk down on to the beach. Indeed the first four files are a bit arousing but nothing explicit. The fifth is very slightly lewd and nothing more, and is purely optional, you could just make a playlist of the first four.

The contents are numbered for your convenience, make a playlist in your favorite media player and enjoy a soothing walk by the seashore and a spa massage courtesy of the right words in the right place. This is a kind of relaxation tutorial. This is about an hour of content, so set aside the time.
