This is a modernized and improved version of an older file.

This is a file centered around healthy eating, body confidence, and regular exercise. It does not prescribe a form for these habits, leaving that to the listener. Instead the topic is the formation of habits generally - that very much is outside of our control and we should best make gradual changes instead. Crash diets, or harsh exercise programs, are more likely to be given up because they involve a reduction in pleasurable experiences (relaxation, comfort food) and a high spike in unpleasant experiences (the aforementioned terrible dieting or exercise). The topic of our habits and how they form, is laid out alongside body-positive messages and perspective about your slow improvement and integration of positive habits.

This isn't some strict you-must-do method, like the usual magic bullet weight loss and exercise marketing. Instead this piece elaborates that forming a habit is like changing the course of a river, not flipping a switch on the train tracks. It is free, so give it a try. Uses language which works well with the Connected file for couples, by the way - but it is not required, so try it on its own regardless.

Stud's Training Regimen - Thrusting Exercises

This is an intense "workout" style training regimen.

It begins with an introduction - listen to this at least once.

Then there is a main training regimen. This is a sequence of "one two three four" style exercise counts, for edging. You masturbate your cock - with your hand, with a sleeve, any way you want. Climax comes at the end, so try to last. The endurance test comes with general positivity messages. The keyword "thrust" is included. Giving yourself permission to work meditation into the everyday can sometimes require a level of "just experiencing things" which takes a bit of practice. You might talk about it, think about it, but eventually you have to try just doing it.

This is a lazy slow paced 20 minute meditation piece with breathing, bodyscan, mindfulness, and grounding elements. A good place to start.

A simple thorough pre-sleep file. This goes into detail, includes the Night Night trigger, and one version below has a 60 BPM metronome ticking away as an auditory cue at a specific point and then throughout. Find yourself a free mp3 of a metronome online and listen to it before sleep or in other files, if you want.

This is a puppy play themed induction which goes with all the other puppy play files. It stresses that puppy urges are so ingrained that your unconscious mind and your training work together to create better puppy experiences. Your mind "toggles" into puppy mode when you are preparing for a session. Put this at the start of a playlist before any puppy play file, or before any file at all if puppy play is part of your usual course of events.

More Than Water is about how "have you been drinking enough water" and "remember to hydrate" are a way of saying something we normally leave unspoken, so examine that. But also literally drink enough water please.

A simple piece to hopefully help you sleep, or at least wind down before doing so.

In my opinion this file goes best with the Fractionation Induction, and that was used in the original version, but you can choose what you like. It is a progressive relaxation, considering the use of the word "sleep" in hypnosis, but also in the subconscious - our associations and the value sleep plays to the mind. The regenerative quality and benefits of a good sleep are stressed, along with specific instructions for the literal-minded to get themselves comfortable, remove their headphones, and sleep until they know they are fully rested.

Self Control - Breasts

A continuation of the concepts from Udder Surrender. This file is for those who have listened to lots of breast and lactation centric content.

The idea is that, as your fetishes of lactation and milky, sensitive breasts overtake your normal reasoning, it can become increasingly difficult to get things done.
